Dr. Bruce Polsky Elected to ACP Mastership

Bruce Polsky, MD, Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Luke’s and Roosevelt Hospitals, was recently elected to the designation of Mastership by the American College of Physicians (ACP) Board of Regents. Mastership is conferred on only a select number of physicians who have distinguished themselves in their specialty of internal medicine.

Mastership candidates are not only outstanding clinicians, but act as mentors, advocate for quality in medicine, are committed to social justice and embody the highest humanistic qualities of the profession.

Dr. Polsky will receive his Mastership on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at a convocation ceremony to be held during the ACP annual meeting in San Francisco.
